CNC approached us to develop a replacement for their outdated
internal system. It was slow and only displayed 80 X 24 characters
on each screen.
An immediate return on investment was realised by introducing
the new system alongside the existing one, sharing data between
the two in real time.

Contract cleaning company with a staff of 25
Gembrite needed a better way of scheduling and controlling work
and allocating operatives to cleaning jobs.
We designed and developed a new system with on-screen calendar
views of scheduled job visits both by operative and by cleaning
job. Office staff can quickly see when jobs are due, and which
cleaners will perform them.
Timesheets and jobsheets are generated weekly, completed by the
operatives then the figures input to the system so that payroll
information can be generated.
We developed an Excel Pivot table so that Gembrite can analyse
job visit data by any combination of customer, job, job type or
operative.

Wig suppliers
Trend Hair Supplies wanted to replace their outdated Lotus Approach
marketing database with an up-do-date browser-based system that
could be accessed from all their offices.
We migrated the existing database to a MySQL server then developed
a PHP front end application to manage it.

Construction consultants based at 7 offices in the south of England
Nisbet approached Sweet Code to develop an extranet web site
allowing clients and staff to securely access project documentation
in a central location.
We assisted Nisbet with design and specification then developed
the system to the agreed timescales.

Computer consumables supplier
Consumables wanted to integrate their ecommerce web site with

back office accounts system. Many hours per month have been saved.
